We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager with extensive experience in residential remodeling. We need a team player who puts customer service first, works well with others, and respects the process we follow to get the job done. We appreciate flexibility, willingness to pitch in, and a good sense of humor. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
This job involves designing a wide variety of residential remodeling projects using our Design/Build process. This includes: high-quality craftsmanship; on-site management of all aspects of the remodeling project; execute profitable production activities that support the targets and goals of the company; and working with sales, design and trades to resolve scheduling conflicts, project delays and design modifications.
Compensation is based on experience.

Minimum Experience: five years in all phases of residential construction; supervisory experience

Preferred Requirements: NARI Certified Lead Carpenter Designation; EPA RRP Certified Renovator Certification a plus.
