Job Summary
Manage interior design projects from initiation to completion, coordinating teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, safety compliance, and budget control.
Responsibilities
- Manage all project phases to deliver interior design projects on time and within scope
- Provide site staff with guidance and resolve project-related issues to maintain workflow continuity
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation for effective tracking and reporting
- Organize and lead progress meetings to communicate updates and address project concerns
- Coordinate with authorities, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Lead site teams to enforce safety protocols and control project budgets effectively
- Perform ad-hoc duties to support overall project success
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
- Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience; entry-level candidates are welcome
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
