Bovis Assistant Project Manager
Key responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing the project execution plan.
Monitor and report on weekly progress against the short-term programme.
Manage the project's Request for Information (RFI) and Technical Submission process.
Coordinate site logistics and delivery schedules with subcontractors. Support the commercial team with tracking cost variations and reporting.
Credentials
Professional Construction Qualifications relevant to the role.

Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to prepare reports
Ability to work collaboratively to ensure successful project
Problem-solving and analytical skills for resolving planning, estimating, contract administration, and procurement issues.
Knowledge
Working knowledge of site health and safety regulations and procedures.
Experience
Demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge gained through relevant experience.
Knowledge of the Construction and Property industries.
Understanding of estimating, scheduling, field supervision, contracts administration, procurement, financial controls, and reporting
Behaviours
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Proactive in maintaining the conversion program and implementing acceleration measures if the program slips.
