ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are partnering with a leading Japanese A1 Main Contractor delivering major building projects across Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of large-scale Healthcare, Commercial and Mixed-Use developments, working closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Project Manager in the overall planning and delivery of building projects.
- Coordinate construction activities, programme, resources and key project milestones.
- Manage coordination between consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress and resolve construction and technical issues.
- Ensure works meet contractual, quality, safety and project requirements.
- Support project meetings, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Strong experience in large-scale building construction projects.
- Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.
- Good knowledge of construction planning, project coordination and site operations.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
