JOBSCOPE
- Project Planning & Management
Manage, plan & oversee end-to-end office renovation projects
Develop project timelines, detailed schedules & work programs to ensure smooth execution
Anticipate project risks, constraints, and challenges & prepare proactive solutions for clients - Team Leadership & Accountability
Lead, guide & manage a team of junior Project Coordinators & Site Supervisors.
Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance & provide guidance to ensure effective execution. - Technical & Design Coordination
Read & understand detailed construction drawings & technical documents.
Initiate discussion with designers & contractors to clarify design intent and resolve discrepancies.
Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with building regulations and client requirements. - Project Submissions & Documentation
Prepare, coordinate & manage project submissions for regulatory approvals and client sign-offs.
Ensure proper documentation of project progress, reports & VO.
Maintain clear and professional communication in English - Execution & Site Coordination
Supervise site progress, ensuring works are executed according to plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly. - Quality, Time & Cost Control
Ensure projects are completed within schedule, budget & expected quality standards.
Monitor project costs, control variations & provide accurate progress updates to clients and management. - Client & Stakeholder Management
Provide timely project updates and manage expectations through clear communication.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
REQUIRED ABILITIES, SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE (ASK)
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Architecture or equivalent, other relevant qualifications are welcome.
- Required skills: Good English conversational skill, Independent & flexible with working hours, Good reporting & documentation skills.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Singapore in office interior design & renovation related field of renovation management / site coordination work is REQUIRED for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Preferably Project/Operations Executives who have experience in Corporate Office / Commercial buildings
- Must be able to commit on Saturdays
Location: Singaopore - HabourFront Tower (Office) & Tuas (Factory)
Working hours: Mondays - Saturdays, Regular hours
