Supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of corporate fit-out, renovation, capital improvement, and construction projects. Assists Project Managers in managing project schedules, budgets, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

About the Role:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering corporate fit-out, renovation, and construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to manage project requirements and expectations.
  • Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
  • Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and provide administrative and project management support to senior project leaders.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Licensed Engineer is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project coordination, corporate fit-out, renovation, construction, or related project management roles.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and site coordination.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
