Assistant Project Manager – Electrical
Summary
Manages electrical projects end to end in Bangalore — planning, scheduling, budgets, procurement, and coordination with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors — while ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance. Requires 6–10 years of electrical project experience, a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, and ideally AutoCAD and Kannada skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end electrical project activities from project initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
Support material planning, procurement, estimation, and project execution.
Track project progress and prepare regular reports.
Handle client communication and resolve project-related issues.
Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
6–10 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution/management.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
Experience in commercial/industrial electrical projects preferred.
Knowledge of project planning, estimation, budgeting, and execution.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Kannada proficiency is preferred/required for site coordination.
