Assistant Project Manager (ELV)

In this position, you will:
- Lead and manage the delivery of ELV projects, including CCTV, access control, public address, structured cabling, and other related systems.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to align project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and updates to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection and material approvals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the delivery cycle.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV project delivery or project management.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, structured cabling, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with local building codes and international standards.
