Summary
Oversee landscaping projects, guide site teams, and ensure quality and schedule adherence in Singapore-based horticultural work.
Job Descriptions:
Involved in Implementation of Landscaping works
Facilitate technical guidance and support to the site team.
Maintain quality of work and implementing project and deliver as per scheduled.
Regularly monitor site's activities.
Provide performance review for staff members.
Maintain a positive employee relations climate, responding to employee-related issues promptly, fairly and consistently.
Effectively communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, customer service standards and company policies.
Ability to resolve difficult situations and implement immediate solution.
Overall management and decision making.
Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture or other related fields
Committed to work
Must be proactive and independant
Possess computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft office.
Personal with rain garden or ABC experiences will be prefer.
