Assistant Project Manager Intern (6 months)
About the role
Working alongside experienced project managers and technology teams, you will contribute to projects involving digital platforms, business process improvement, systems modernisation, and emerging technologies. You will also gain exposure to how organisations are adopting AI-enabled tools and automation to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Support the delivery of digital transformation projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-deployment review.
Coordinate project activities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to support successful project execution.
Work with stakeholders to document business requirements, user needs, and project objectives.
Collaborate with business analysts, software engineers, designers, and data teams to support solution delivery.
Participate in discussions involving enterprise applications, cloud platforms, system integrations, APIs, and digital solutions.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and solution validation activities.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and project documentation.
Assist in evaluating opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery and business outcomes.
Gain exposure to cybersecurity, data governance, change management, and responsible AI practices.
About you
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
Interest in digital transformation, project management, technology consulting, or innovation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, cloud technologies, data analytics, or Generative AI tools is advantageous.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
