Assistant / Project Manager - IT and ELV Solutions
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Project Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, AV solutions & ELV projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants to excel in both technical project execution and project management.
Key responsibilities
Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, AV solutions & ELV solutions projects, from initial planning and construction to completion and handover
Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans
Coordinate with project management consultants, designers, engineers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns
About you
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in IT, AV, ELV projects
Solid technical knowledge in ICT infrastructure, AV solutions, and ELV systems
Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese (Putonghua is a strong advantage)
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and project management tools
