Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

Manage construction projects to ensure timely completion according to the main contractor’s programme. Coordinate with stakeholders on site progress, attend site meetings, provide daily progress updates, and oversee materials management on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities to meet the main contractor’s scheduled programme, ensuring project milestones are achieved on time
• Coordinate and communicate site progress effectively with main contractors and consultants to align project objectives
• Attend regular site meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and support decision-making
• Prepare and deliver daily progress reports to the head office to maintain transparent project tracking
• Oversee the procurement, delivery, and usage of materials on site to support uninterrupted construction operations
