Summary
Oversee land-development projects in Miami, coordinating site plans, permitting, and client/municipal approvals while mentoring junior staff and managing budgets and schedules.
- Support project management activities, including project scoping, proposals, schedules, and resource planning.
- Oversee preparation of comprehensive site plan packages, grading, stormwater management, utility design, and erosion and sediment control.
- Coordinate permitting and entitlement approval processes with clients, municipalities, and agencies.
- Prepare contracts, change orders, and client invoices while tracking financial performance.
- Collaborate with clients, attorneys, contractors, and subconsultants to ensure project success.
- Review concept drawings and cost estimates aligned with client objectives.
- Participate in public hearings, community meetings, and professional organizations.
- Mentor junior staff and share technical knowledge to promote team growth.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in site design and jurisdictional permitting for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drainage software such as StormCAD, Hydroflow, or HydroCAD; skilled in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Experience working directly with clients and project teams.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license beneficial.
