Requirements:
- Relevant experience in coordinating both architectural and M&E aspects for residential projects, preferably landed houses.
- Good understanding of architecural finishes and related installation works, M&E systems, and construction processes in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
