ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (PLUMBING AND SANITARY)
Summary
Oversee plumbing and sanitary construction projects, coordinating teams, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
To Assist Project Manager :
- Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of the projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing
- Liaise closely with main contractor, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
- Able to lead and work closely with the project team
- Develop detailed construction plans and timelines to ensure efficient execution of projects; Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards
- Manage and planning manpower allocation
- Monitor project costing, budget and schedule
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim
- Resolve any unexpected situation, technical, manpower and material issues
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing plumbing & sanitary construction projects
- Familiarity with PUB & HDB’s codes, regulations, and industry standards.
