Position Overview

In this role, you'll support the successful delivery of mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams in the field. You'll assist with project planning, scheduling, cost tracking, document management, subcontractor coordination, and client communication, while leveraging modern construction technology to help keep projects organized and on track.

You will play an important role in maintaining project schedules, managing project documentation, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and supporting the delivery of high-quality projects. Working alongside experienced project leaders, you'll help coordinate cross-functional teams and contribute to a seamless experience for clients operating in 24/7, zero-downtime environments.

What You Bring
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • One to four years of construction experience, including internships, co-ops, or full-time experience supporting commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission critical, or other complex construction projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track project documentation, and support project execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, project controls, scheduling, document management, and cost tracking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn construction management software and emerging construction technologies.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with craft professionals, subcontractors, project teams, and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to supporting project outcomes.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while demonstrating accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to safety.

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 annually; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
