Assistant Project Manager
Location: Ubi
Salary: $4,500 – $5,500 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project implementation, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project schedules, resources, and progress.
Prepare project status reports and resolve project issues.
Oversee testing, installation, and implementation activities.
Prepare scopes of work for construction subcontractors.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
2–4 years of project management experience.
Experience in testing, installation, and project implementation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, BIM, or equivalent tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and learn new technical systems quickly.
