Oversee construction projects from start to finish, scheduling work, managing budgets, and coordinating teams to deliver on time and to spec.
Job Description
- Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project schedules, work programmes and resource plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Supervise site operations and coordinate with Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and approved methods.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and authorities.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Able to work effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
