Assistant Project Manager
Salary: $25,000 – $30,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Project Manager to support our technology and business operations. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to drive project execution, track project lifecycles from initiation to closure, and ensure that deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
Monitor daily project progress against established timelines (Gantt charts/project plans), tracking milestones and deliverables across various teams
Maintain and update project documentation, including project schedules, issue logs, risk registers, and action item trackers
Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and ensure clear follow-ups on assigned tasks
Act as a central communication bridge between internal departments, technical teams, and external stakeholders
Apply standardized project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK or Agile frameworks) to streamline workflows and maintain documentation standards
Assist in organizing and coordinating testing phases (such as UAT) and pre-implementation checks
Support the Project Manager in tracking resource allocation, vendor coordination, and identifying potential project bottlenecks
Help document and evaluate change requests (Scope Creep) to maintain project alignment
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in project coordination, IT implementation, or general project management
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred
