ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
NewBe an early applicantBET Investments, Inc is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager for one of our premiere properties in Media, PA. Our beautiful Class A luxury property, 50 at Granite Run is a 192-unit mid-rise community. The Assistant Property Manager will assist the Property Manager with leasing and renewal aspects, as well as tenant relations. The ideal candidate is well versed with working in a fast- paced environment, has good communication skills both written and verbal, effective organization skills, and is detail oriented.
Leasing Responsibilities:
- Respond to all lead inquiries via email or phone
- Set appointments and conduct apartment showings
- Entering prospect information and applications in Realpage/One-site software
- Process applications for approval
- Prepare and draft leases and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Tenant Relations:
- Assist the Property Manager with addressing resident complaints, concerns and requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Enforce policies and rules of the apartment community based on the lease documents
- Assist with organizing and holding resident events.
Management Responsibilities:
- Process conventional rent payments/ manage conventional and corporate delinquencies
- Draft and deliver notices to residents
- Monitor maintenance requests/ Manage work order program communication
- Review and input invoices in Onesite software
- Assist Property Manager in additional duties
- Process and maintain vendor contracts, proposals and required documents
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year's experience in residential, multifamily apartments and leasing
- Knowledge of OneSite software
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and tenants.
- Familiarity with legal aspects of landlord-tenant relationships
- Proficiency in conflict management and negotiation
- Must be available to work Saturdays, 10am-4pm.
Physical demands of a typical office environment.
- Must be able to navigate entire property for tours.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with prospects, residents, vendors and staff.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing duties.
