  • Build trusted relationships with tenant customers, acting as a key support across inspections, communications, meetings and day-to-day liaison to create a better workplace experience.

  • Contribute to asset performance and planning by supporting reporting, budgets, forecasts, Capex planning and key property insights that help inform better decisions.

  • Support risk, compliance and operational excellence, helping ensure contracts, insurances, essential services, lease securities and safety requirements are well managed and up to date.

  • Play a hands-on role in sustainability and customer experience initiatives, helping bring asset-level projects, communications and activations to life in a way that supports Charter Hall’s broader customer and community outcomes.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity.

  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.

  • Alignment to our values.
