Alpha Phi Alpha Homes, Inc. is currently looking for a qualified Assistant Property Manager to join our team at our Warren, OH location. We are a diverse non-profit organization that specializes in the development and management of affordable housing and senior resident living communities. In this role, you will support daily property operations and resident services.

• PAY: $20.00-$22.00 per hour, offer depending on experience

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 4-day schedule is available if desired following 30 days of employment
• Weekends as needed
• 8-hour shift
• Day Shift
• Overtime

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Property management or leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Basic property maintenance knowledge preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and walk the property as needed

Responsibilities:

• Assist with leasing and resident applicatios
• Collect rent and maintain resident records
• Respond to residents’ questions and concerns
• Ensure compliance with HUD and Fair Housing Regulations
• Conduct move-in, move-out, and property inspections
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-up
• Maintain files, reports, and office records
• Support overall property operations and resident satisfaction
• Report incidents and property issues promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned
