The Collier Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager!
This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Tallahassee, which offers over 700 miles of trails, a subtropical climate, and incredible opportunities to immerse yourself in Florida’s rich history, new commercial opportunities, and family-friendly attractions. It is home to Florida State University and Florida A&M University. Tallahassee is in the top ten best places to live in Florida.
The Assistant Community Manager maintains computer reports and resident files. The Assistant Community Manager will be a leader who manages the office in absence of the Community Manager. The Assistant Community Manager also prepares, explains, and signs leasing agreements to past, present and future residents.
