Assistant Property Manager
Mountain High Life Management is seeking hospitality driven Assistant Property Manager, who works as part of the team to successfully complete the day-to-day operations, maintenance and upkeep of homes on behalf of MHLM to provide excellent hospitality for all clientele and their homes. This position works closely with the Property Manager to ensure tasks are handled efficiently and properties are well-maintained and clients receive excellent service, and operations run efficiently while protecting the value and integrity of the property.
In addition to leadership duties, this role supports team performance by providing guidance, upholding expectations, and assisting with daily responsibilities. The position requires strong knowledge of property protocols, cleaning standards, owner preferences, and emergency procedures, with a focus on hospitality - maintaining the comfort, security, and overall quality of the property and client experience.
Offered Benefits
- A Full-Time position with potential for extended and overtime hours on weekends and holidays.
- Range $30-35 per hour. Payroll is on a bi-weekly basis.
- Sign-on bonus of $500 distributed at $100.00 per month, starting 30 days from start date over the next five (5) months.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with completing daily operations, maintenance, and property care
- Assist with leading, coaching and training team members
- Support cleaning, concierge, and logistics services
- Ensure high hospitality standards for property owners and guests
- Assist with coordinating company operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Uphold the highest standards for all managed properties
- Ensure the security, safety, functionality, and hospitality needs of each home are met
- Be informed and prepared to implement emergency procedures for each property
- Support managing contractors and vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality service
- Ensure proper planning and execution of company maintenance protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with managing and inspecting Mechanical Systems, O, audio/visual, security, and subcontract with vendors as needed
- Assist with managing and executing weekly, quarterly, annual, and bi-annual property maintenance schedules
- Assist with conducting and documenting regular property inspections
- Support seasonal needs including landscaping, and firewood, etc.
