• Conduct valuation of real estate in all sectors including Residential, Commercial and Industrial for financial reporting, taxation, IPOs and expert witness
• Scope of work includes research, detailed analysis and prepare good quality valuation report
• Co-ordinating with team members
• 5-Day work week

Requirements

• A keen interest in expert witness work
• Professional Diploma or Degree in Estate Management is required
• Member of SISV is preferred
• Strong organisation skills
