ASSISTANT, PURCHASING
- Track and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm order status, lead time and delivery schedule.
- Assist team in goods received match the Purchase Order (PO) in terms of quantity, specifications and quantity.
- Assist team to record receipt (GRN - Good Receipt Note) as soon as goods arrive.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
