Assistant Quality Engineer

Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 per month

Salary Package: Basic Up to $4000+

Working Location: Company Transport from Jurong East MRT

Working Hours: Mon to Fri [Office Hours]

Performance Bonus | Transport Allowance | Meal Allowance

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Quality Manager in managing the Quality Management System (QMS) and related processes.

• Prepare and issue Certificate of Analysis (COA/eCOA) to customers and dealers.

• Perform SPC analysis on incoming materials, in-process materials, finished products and environmental monitoring.

• Manage and follow up on continuous improvement projects, internal/external audit findings and MOC activities.

• Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.

• Conduct quality-related training on SPC, FMEA, MOC and QMS awareness.

• Conduct supplier/vendor quality system audits and support supplier qualification and performance evaluation.

• Prepare Quality Management Review (QMR) reports and coordinate review meetings.

• Support quality investigations, process improvements and other duties assigned by the Quality Manager.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong interest in Quality Engineering are welcome.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, FMEA, 8D, RCA, CAPA and OCAP..
