Assistant, Regulatory & PV Network
Summary
Administrative assistant role supporting a pharmacovigilance team with document management, data tracking, and meeting coordination in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
The Assistant, Regulatory and PV Network will support the team with administrative tasks, including tracking, data retrieval, planning, document organisation and archiving, to ensure smooth daily operation of the PrimeVigilance RA and PV Network department.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work with an international team and to take the first step towards a career in pharmacovigilance industry, to gain valuable working experience and to develop skills that you will need throughout your career including teamwork, problem solving and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Documents organisation and ad hoc administrative/practical tasks requested by RA&PV Network Department employees.
- Collection and tracking of company documents such as CVs, job descriptions, training records, contact details.
- Maintaining the KPIs of RA&PV Network and arranging for necessary updates, trouble-shooting etc.
- Data retrieval and tracking for different purposes.
- Document maintenance on RA&PV Network common shared area.
- Organising meetings and teleconferences.
- Preparing documents’ drafts and/or final lay out, as applicable.
- Communication with all departments and management team, as applicable.
- Assisting the organisation of RA&PV Network department.
- Perform other miscellaneous administrative tasks, as applicable.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Good planning and organizational skills
