Assistant Relationship Manager - Corporates - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a high-calibre Associate to join a Corporate Coverage team based in Abu Dhabi, supporting senior bankers across key regional relationships. This role offers strong exposure to client interaction, deal execution, and strategic sector coverage across the Middle East. Client Details Our client is a leading international financial institution with a well-established presence in the GCC, particularly in Abu Dhabi. They work closely with top-tier corporates and sovereign-backed entities across the region, delivering a broad range of corporate and investment banking solutions. Description * Support senior relationship managers in managing key corporate clients across Abu Dhabi and the wider GCC (including KSA, Qatar, and Kuwait) * Assist in the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials * Contribute to deal execution by supporting credit analysis and internal approval processes * Prepare information memorandums, term sheets, and transaction documentation * Work closely with product teams (e.g. financing, markets) to deliver tailored solutions to clients * Develop a strong understanding of key sectors including oil & gas, energy, telecoms (TMT), and real estate * Conduct market research and analysis to support client strategy and business development efforts Job Offer * Join a globally recognised banking platform with a strong footprint across the GCC and key sovereign-backed clients * Gain exposure to high-profile transactions and strategic clients across sectors such as oil & gas, energy, TMT and real estate

* 2-5 years of experience within corporate banking, corporate coverage, or a related front-office role * Prior exposure to GCC / Middle East corporate clients, ideally with some experience covering Abu Dhabi-based entities * Strong understanding of financial markets and corporate banking products; financial modelling exposure is advantageous * Experience supporting the preparation of pitch materials, credit documentation, and transaction execution * Demonstrated interest or experience in sectors such as oil & gas, energy, TMT, or real estate * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn-team fit is critical * Existing client relationships are not required, but commercial awareness and interest in client-facing roles are essential
