Assistant Relationship Manager (Private Banking) - 12 months

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Product Development teams, Operations and other functional counterparts on daily basis.
Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation.
Assist Relationship Manager in providing the periodic investment market updates, placement and execution of the OTC and listed investment trades covering FX, bonds, equities, funds and structured products.
Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Manager, include maintaining and updating client transaction records/ reports as well as client data.
Have an oversight on the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentations, product agreements, and service level agreements.
Ensure superior customer service is delivered and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Sound understanding of economics, best market practices and investment products in the wealth management business.
Business proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin besides English so as to serve China based customers.
Willingness to work under a dynamic environment, multi-tasking skills to handle tight and short assignment and to meet project deadlines.
