Job Summary
Lead and supervise M&E site staff to ensure compliance with statutory codes, quality standards, and project requirements while coordinating MEP interfaces and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead M&E site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP (MEP), project consultants, and FUI owners to ensure compliance and quality
- Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to enforce site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
- Coordinate MEP interfaces by maintaining interface registers and evidence logs to ensure seamless integration of systems
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to manage site activities and foster effective interpersonal communication
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant M&E experience, including at least 3 years supervising similar works
- Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
- Ensure that the proportion of A.RE does not exceed 30% of total RE team strength
