Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are looking for an experienced team leader with a passion for luxury hospitality, restaurant operations, and exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to lead, motivate, and train a team, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction and service recovery. Fluency in Turkish and English, strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine, familiarity with LQA standards, and preferably experience with Micros POS systems are required.

- Proven ability to lead, motivate and train a service team, with experience in shift planning and daily restaurant operations.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages and wine, with familiarity with luxury service standards, including LQA.
- Working knowledge of restaurant POS systems, preferably Micros.
