Assistant Restaurant Manager

Supervise Daily Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Spike Bar, ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant and bar services.
  
• Ensure that service standards are consistently met, and guests receive a high level of service.
  

Team Management:

• Assist in training, supervising, and motivating the F&B team to provide excellent customer service.
  
• Coordinate staff schedules and delegate tasks to ensure efficient service.
  

Customer Service Excellence:

• Ensure a friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all guests.
  
• Address customer feedback or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  

Inventory & Stock Management:

• Assist in monitoring stock levels of food and beverages, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring proper storage and stock rotation.
  
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.
  

Financial Management:

• Support in achieving financial targets, controlling costs, and minimizing wastage.
  
• Assist with budgeting and managing operational expenses.
  

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  
• Enforce proper hygiene practices and safe working conditions.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the F&B industry, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and team management.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests and staff effectively.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• UAE experience preferred.
  
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
