Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

· Support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations and ensuring efficient service delivery.

· Manage customer feedback, enquiries, and service-related concerns with professionalism and effective resolution.

· Monitor service quality and uphold high standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

· Assist in the training, coaching, and development of new service team members.

· Ensure compliance with operational procedures, company standards, and service guidelines to maintain consistent performance.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role within a high-volume or upscale restaurant environment

· Strong leadership skills with in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and problem-solving

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues effectively

· Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

· Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment

· Computer literate, well-organized, and self-motivated

· Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.

· Willingness to work on weekends, and public holidays as required.
