Several times a year, Haya Molcho personally visits and cooks together with all colleagues. In our NENI Berlin we look forward to welcoming you as Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d). #### Job Description **What does your working day look like …** - You handle shift planning, lead the team and support your colleagues in their development together with the Restaurant Manager - You make sure our guests are not only full, but also happy and satisfied - You ensure accurate billing and clean administrative processes - You help with budget preparation and run the restaurant in an entrepreneurial way - You are a competent and open-minded point of contact and sparring partner for our external concept partner - You support your colleagues with a contagious smile when all guests order at the same time again. You also keep your composure when plans change spontaneously #### Qualifications **Your personality matters more than your CV …** - You have gained initial leadership experience in a similar role and speak fluent English - You can inspire your colleagues just as you inspire your guests.
