Assistant Restaurant Manager
Our company is currently looking for an excellent Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist our All Day Dining Restaurant in a hotel establishment. We are food and beverage focused, offering breakfast buffet, high tea, event catering, ala crate menu and room services for the hotel guests.
The candidate will report to and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations and ensure excellent services level of the ground crew. Our company mission is to provide services and values that exceed customers' expectation.

Expected Job Responsibilities
- Oversee All Day Dining restaurant operations during the Restaurant Manager’s absence
- Achieving the outlet's KPI
- Ensure the adherence of hotel restaurant standards, service benchmarks and company rules and regulation
- Ensure high quality of customer service consistently
- Maintain the hotel’s image from taff to cleanliness of premise
- Manage and maintain operational records including inventory, sales and staff as well as monitoring, evaluating sales performance
- Handle event execution
- Respond and handle customer complaints
- Lead, train and guide team to provide excellent restaurant services
Requirements
- Well groomed, fluent in English and possess good interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
- Possess good computer skills (excel, pp, email etc.)
- Good work ethics, positive attitude and pleasant personality
- High quality standards in customer service, health, hygiene, food and beverage
- 5.5 day work week.
