Assistant Restaurant Manager / Shift Supervisor

Qualifications – Managerial Roles (QSR Industry)

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the QSR industry in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong communication skills with proven experience in coaching, training, and developing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on speed of service, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
• Solid understanding of QSR operations, including inventory control, food safety standards, labor management, and financial performance (P&L, EBITDA)
• Smart, tidy, and presentable appearance (visible tattoos and piercings acceptable; males must be clean-shaven)
• Managerial experience in coffee & Ice cream industries.
