Assistant Restaurant Manager

Act as the Restaurant Manager in their absence when required and lead service operations during assigned shifts. Supervise restaurant setup, service, and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. Attend to guests, manage reservations, handle complaints, and carry out service recovery to ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with the Kitchen, Bars, and Front Office teams, communicating allergies, dietary requirements, and special requests. Schedule shifts, train team members, and conduct performance evaluations for the restaurant team. Monitor inventories, costs, and waste, while ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and initiatives.
