Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Villa Haven assists the Restaurant Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the designated restaurant. This role involves ensuring smooth restaurant service, supervising staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant, preferably in a high-end or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial principles.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
