We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, focusing on shift management, food quality control, and guest satisfaction. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate kitchen and service activities, and maintain high standards of food quality and customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards. - Supervise and coordinate kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations during shifts. - Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards. - Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. - Assist in training and developing staff to maintain a motivated and skilled team. - Help manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the restaurant is well-stocked and organized. - Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to implement promotional activities and improve service delivery. Required Skills: - Strong shift management skills to effectively oversee restaurant operations. - Knowledge of food quality control processes to ensure high standards are met. - Excellent kitchen and service coordination abilities. - A commitment to guest satisfaction and the ability to handle customer feedback positively. - Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred.
