Assistant Retail Design & Delivery Manager - Tersane Istanbul
Summary
Oversee retail, residence, and hotel fit-out projects from design to handover, coordinating contractors and ensuring quality and HSE compliance.
- Managing and coordinating retail/residence/hotel fit-out projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design development to handover
- Planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinating with tenants, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Managing renovation, refurbishment, new lease, relocation, and kiosk projects
- Supervising construction activities on site and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality control reviews
- Identifying project risks and proactively resolving technical and construction-related issues
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and project stakeholders while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Preparing progress reports and presenting project updates to management

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Technical University degree preferred)
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in retail / residence/ hotel fit-out and construction projects
- Extensive hands-on experience in retail/residence/hotel fit-out projects is mandatory
- Proven experience in on-site construction management and project delivery
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients, consultants, and stakeholders
