Assistant Sales Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and developing strong client relationships within the assigned region. This role involves the sales of desiccants, silica gel, moisture absorbents, VCI products, rust preventive oils, and packaging solutions. The Assistant Sales Manager will identify potential customers in various industries, including automotive, engineering, export, and electronics. Key responsibilities include conducting client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions, as well as achieving sales targets and expanding market share. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support. Required primary skills include B2B sales experience, particularly in packaging, chemicals, and industrial consumables. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and a strong understanding of the market dynamics in the relevant industries. Working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, six days a week.
