Vault Roofing is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager who leads through strong personal sales results and hands-on coaching.
You’ll run residential roofing sales appointments, demonstrate our selling system, and help outside sales representatives improve their presentations and closing skills. This is an opportunity to build your leadership career while staying active in the field and earning uncapped commission.

- Sell: Run customer appointments and achieve strong personal sales results.

- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Confidence presenting to homeowners and handling objections.
- An interest in coaching and developing other sales representatives.
- Willingness to learn, follow, and demonstrate a structured selling system.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using CRM software and digital sales tools.
Preferred: Experience in residential roofing sales or in-home sales
What You’ll Earn
- $40,000 annual base salary.
- Performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission.
- On-target total earnings of $150,000+ annually, based on performance.

Where You’ll Work
- This is a hands-on role with approximately 90% of your time in the field and 10% in the office.
- Full-time, at least 40 hours per week.
- Customer appointments, ride-alongs, and attic inspections.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of equipment and perform essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
