What you’ll do

• Increase Vodafone market share by acquiring new accounts and achieving the quota.
• Ensure adherence to Vodafone policies and procedures. Manage people training calendar plan. Provide ongoing positive feedback and coaching.
• Provide team members with all the requirements (handsets, lines, offers, business cards, and letterheads designed). Avoid any out-of-stock situations. Maintain smooth and easy communication with Vodafone channels.
• Follow Vodafone standards to ensure sales quality and business acquisition.
• Maintain proper and consistent cross-operation within all channels.
• Ensure bulletproof operational processes to guarantee the success of our business model.
• Provide ongoing coaching and monitor performance for direct reports.
• Develop succession plans for individual team members.
• Conduct periodical meetings with staff.
• Develop and uphold corporate governance.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales numbers for all team members.
• Ensure delivery against KPIs.

Who you are

• Education: BA in Business, preferably in Business Administration.
• Work experience: 5-6 years of successful sales experience.
• PC knowledge: Computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Personal skills: Negotiation, communication, organization, presentation, time management, and managing third-party relationships.
