ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by displaying exceptional leadership and supervisory skills.
- Protect the property and assets of Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel.
- Assist in maintaining daily shift reports and incident reports with all pertinent information, detailing the events and activities of the prescribed shift.
- Supervise and monitor the duties of all floor security guards during each shift.
- Assume the role of the Security Shift Supervisor in the Supervisors absence from the property.
- Display an excellent degree of customer relations and provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide aid and attend to ill or injured customers and employees by providing adequate medical attention.
- Assist and cooperate with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
- Assist in the coordination and organization of all emergency services for traffic accidents, fires, bomb threats, inclement weather, etc.
- Perform random foot patrols around the entire Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel complex on a regular basis.
- Verify all daily bank deposits and visually observes that all deposit bags are properly secured.
- Organize all floor security guard breaks and assist as necessary to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain a good communication link with surveillance operators.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
