Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop floor operations and technician productivity.
- Allocate jobs and monitor repair progress.
- Support service advisors in resolving technical and operational issues.
- Ensure quality repairs, timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor workshop efficiency, job progress and service quality.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and other departments.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in automobile workshop operations.
- Knowledge of workshop management, vehicle diagnostics and repair processes.
- Leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workshop workflow and productivity.
