Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Assistant Service Manager (Technical) - Home Appliances

Responsibilities:

• Technical support on Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Air-conditioner.
• Analyze and evaluate product quality and field performance.
• Prepare quality reports, product enhancement requests to HQ.
• Participate in technical training, QA and beta testing activities.
• Participate in new products technical support and deliver reviews.
• Assist in the generation and review of technical materials and bulletins.
• Monitor the performance of 3rd party service providers (repairing services).

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in product supporting.
• Basis knowledge in White Goods product.
• Good data analysis skill in Excel.
• Hardworking and self-motivated.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
