The Assistant Manager performs all technician duties, including oil changes, fluid inspections, basic maintenance services, and customer assistance from check-in through payment. The position supports shop operations by maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, completing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring a positive customer experience. In the absence of the Shop Manager, this role helps ensure proper store operations and serves as a positive role model for team members.
