Assistant Solution Manager

In this position, you will:

• Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of cloud migration projects for government and enterprise customer, ensuring successful transitions to the cloud.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their current systems, gather requirements, and develop customized migration strategies.
• Execute migration plans, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing support during and after the migration process, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of migration procedures, including configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
• Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure they can effectively manage and utilize cloud services post-migration.
• Analyze system performance after migration and implement necessary optimizations to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, sales, and production) to align migration efforts with organizational goals.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Engineering or related discipline with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in server/storage/virtualization/cloud computing industry.
• Good knowledge of OpenStack-based cloud platforms.
• Familiar with Virtualization technologies such as VMware and KVM, Networking technologies including SDN, switch, router and firewall, and Cloud Security is highly preferred.
• Familiar with mainstream public cloud, private cloud, industry cloud technology architecture.
• Experience with different public cloud service providers, such as AWS, Ali Cloud, Azure, Huawei Cloud and Tencent Cloud.
• Experience with solution design, project delivery and product management.
• Explore the most recent advancements and techniques in cloud services development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Practical project experience in cloud infrastructure design and optimization.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect is preferred.
• Strong self-learning ability and innovative thinking.
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
