Assistant Specialist (Production)
Summary
Operate and maintain cold forging machinery in a manufacturing environment, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operation of cold forging machinery, including horizontal press machines.
- To be able to conduct quality checks on part hardness and chemical quality.
- To ensure part quality and perform minor troubleshooting and tooling set up.
- Upkeep daily housekeeping, adheres closely with company control system like ISO, EHS and Six-Sigma systems, etc.
- Maintaining work compliance to Safety and EHSMS aspects
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Vocational / Secondary education
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, energetic and self-motivated
- Willing to learn and good working attitude
- Able to perform Over time
- Shift work required
- Hot and oily working environment
